A: BGI will use a use a lift-gate truck and pallet jack to load or unload your shipment.

A: Yes. BGI can pick up your shipment at your residence. Special arrangements must be made in advance, and additional lead-time may be needed.
Q: Can BGI pick up cargo from a storage unit?
A: Yes. Special arrangements must be made in advance. BGI will need to coordinate with you and the storage facility. You or an authorized representative must meet our driver at the pick-up location.
Q: Can BGI ship blanket wrap or other loose personal items?
