Specialized Import Services:
 • Roll-On/Roll-Off, Oversize, Breakbulk and Charters
• Transit with carriers designed to handle specialized cargo, for cargo that doesn't conform to standard container sizes
• Protected, under-deck space for "RORO" for heavy equipment or machinery

Our worldwide ocean freight services include:
• LCL: Consolidated Less than Container Load shipments for partial loads.
• FCL: Full Container Loads for door-to-port, port-to-port or door-to-door service

Domestic Ocean Shipping

BGI handles shipments from any domestic port of origin within North America
(including Hawaii and Alaska), plus territories and Commonwealths (Guam,
American Samoa, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands), to any domestic
destination.

Our domestic ocean freight forwarding and shipment services works much the same as our international ocean freight. However, domestic ocean freight is governed by a different set of regulations requiring all shipments transiting between U.S. ports must be transported on a U.S. flag carrier. BGI maintains relationships with these specialized ocean carriers to maximize your routing and transit time options.
